Eden Ben Zaken Buys 20 Million Shekel Luxury Villa in Rishon LeZion
Israeli singer Eden Ben Zaken and her husband purchased a 20 million shekel villa in Rishon LeZion, expanding a business empire that includes real estate in Dubai and a new restaurant.

Popular Israeli singer Eden Ben Zaken and her husband, Shuki Biton, have expanded their growing real estate portfolio by purchasing a luxury villa in the Nahalat Yehuda neighborhood of Rishon LeZion, valued at approximately 20 million shekels, according to local media reports.
The expansive property features over ten rooms and a private swimming pool. The villa is currently undergoing extensive renovations, and the family—including their two children, Michel (6) and Emmanuel (3)—is scheduled to move in next month. They are currently residing temporarily in Tel Aviv.
This acquisition follows recent developments regarding their former luxury penthouse in Rishon LeZion. Listed for sale at 18 million shekels, the 420-square-meter property—which boasts two massive balconies and a sea-view swimming pool—has been leased to fellow singer Sasson Shaulov for tens of thousands of shekels a month while it remains on the market.
Beyond their local residential investments, Ben Zaken and Biton have diversified their business ventures internationally and commercially. They recently purchased a two-story vacation home in a luxury project in the suburbs of Dubai for about 4 million shekels. Domestically, they partnered with a restaurant group to launch a massive branch of the kosher Italian chain Luciana in Rishon LeZion, with a total investment of 10 million shekels.
Public Controversy and Political Appearances
Alongside their business ventures, Ben Zaken recently made headlines following a controversial concert at the Menora Mivtachim Arena. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife, Sara, made a surprise appearance at the event. Netanyahu took the stage to deliver a political message, sparking sharp criticism from segments of the audience who objected to a commercial cultural performance being used as a political platform.
