Israeli NBA star Deni Avdija continues to attract attention off the basketball court, and this time he was recently spotted driving a classic and luxurious convertible in Israel. It is a Mercedes-Benz A124 model from the E-Class Cabriolet series, produced between 1991 and 1997. This vehicle is considered one of the iconic classics from the German luxury manufacturer, combining an open and elegant design from the nineties with stable build quality and traditional engineering.
The A124 model has become a sought-after collector's item worldwide in recent years. Its price on the global market usually ranges from $20,000 to $45,000 for well-maintained versions, while rare models in exceptionally good condition can reach prices of over $100,000. In Israel, given the import costs, taxes, and the rarity of the model on local roads, the estimated value of such a collector's car can reach hundreds of thousands of shekels.
The new vehicle joins a collection of special cars owned by Deni. As is known, Avdija is a dedicated car enthusiast, and he already owns a classic 1987 Porsche 911 Carrera, which he imported specifically from the USA after it underwent an upgrade at a prestigious sports workshop in Germany. Alongside his private collection, Avdija recently revealed on social media the new branded truck for his protein product brand, «TURBO», which was photographed at the logistics center in Beit Shemesh.
