Migrant detention and the 'build the wall' challenge: Tetris and Snake, Trump version
The White House website has launched a video game section called 'Arcade', designed to promote the administration's policies in an interactive way. Among the games: collecting flying bills to 'fill' children's accounts and a game inspired by 'Flappy Bird', where an eagle carries a bill over the National Mall in Washington.

A creative way to promote the agenda of the Donald Trump administration at the White House: the White House website has launched a new gaming section called 'Arcade', featuring five retro-style video games. The games are designed to promote key aspects of the policies of US President Donald Trump — from policies regarding migrants and borders to healthcare and savings for children.
One of the most prominent games in the section is 'Build the Wall', an adapted version of the classic Tetris game, in which the player is required to build a wall to 'protect the border from the approaching crowd'. Another game resembles the popular 'Snake', featuring the figure of Donald Trump moving on the screen and collecting people who are trying to cross the border.
The administration's agenda is also reflected in the content of the other games: a game where food moves on a conveyor belt and the player is required to reject items that do not meet the standards of the 'Make America Healthy Again' slogan; a game inspired by 'Flappy Bird', where an eagle carries a bill and navigates it over the National Mall in Washington; and a game where one can collect flying bills to fill the children's 'Trump accounts' — a $1,000 grant for every child born during the president's term.
The White House's interactive move is attracting significant interest online, as it makes complex political issues such as legislation, border enforcement, and economic aid programs accessible through nostalgic design and a simple gaming interface.
