Price changes during this period were as follows: Jerusalem (1.8%), the North (0.9%), Haifa (1.5%), the Center (-1.0%), Tel Aviv (-0.7%), and the South (0.7%). The July index rose by 0.3%, and the annual decline in apartment prices continues. A comparison of transaction prices from May-June 2026 to April-May 2026 indicates that the new apartment price index rose by 0.5%.
