Ingredients:

200g sliced almonds (blanched)

1 large egg white (size L)

70g sugar (1/3 cup)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 170°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lightly whisk the egg white, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.

Add the sliced almonds and mix until all the almonds are well coated.

Transfer the almond mixture to the baking sheet. Flatten into a thin, even layer about 2-3 cm thick.
