Jerusalem Court Bans Activist From Publishing Hacked Data of Netanyahu Aide
The Jerusalem Magistrates' Court issued a temporary injunction barring activist Itai Leshem from publishing hacked personal data belonging to Prime Minister's adviser Jonatan Urich.

The Jerusalem Magistrates' Court issued a temporary injunction on Thursday against protest activist and attorney Itai Leshem, prohibiting him from publishing, distributing, or using personal materials belonging to Prime Minister's adviser Jonatan Urich, allegedly obtained illegally through phone hacking.
The decision follows a 1 million NIS lawsuit filed earlier in the day by Urich, represented by attorneys Amit Hadad, Noa Milstein, and Liad Mor Yosef. According to the lawsuit, unidentified actors hacked Urich's mobile device and obtained confidential data.
Senior Judge Miriam Kaslasi granted the ex parte injunction, barring Leshem from using the disputed materials until a hearing scheduled for November 3, 2026. Leshem responded on X, denying receipt of the lawsuit and threatening to publish further materials if the legal action proves to be a silencing tactic.
