Cognyte Software Ltd., a NASDAQ-listed business intelligence and security analytics firm, is accelerating its expansion in the North American market by securing two new contracts with US law enforcement agencies. The agreements were signed with a federal security agency and a state-level law enforcement agency, both of which will deploy the company's AI-powered investigative analytics platforms for operational fieldwork.

These contract wins provide significant momentum to Cognyte's overseas operations. According to company reports, since the beginning of fiscal year 2027, it has already secured over 80% of its total US business engagement target of $20 million. During this period alone, the company has added nine new law enforcement clients in North America, alongside deepening collaborations and expanding existing engagements with legacy customers.

At the core of Cognyte's solutions are advanced analytical systems that assist intelligence and police agencies in tackling complex operational challenges. The AI-driven tools provide critical support in locating missing persons, uncovering organized crime networks, combating violent crime, and countering terrorism. Alongside rapid processing capabilities for vast amounts of data from diverse sources, the company places special emphasis on maintaining client sovereignty and full control over sensitive data, as well as embedding auditability and oversight mechanisms within the system.

"Expanding our presence in the US is one of our strategic priorities, and the targeted investments we have made in the region are paying off," said Elad Sharon, CEO of Cognyte. "The addition of nine new customers, alongside the expansion of relationships with existing clients, reflects the strength of our technology and the demand across the region."

He further added that law enforcement authorities seek AI platforms developed by experts who understand investigative work, where performance, accountability, and auditability are integral. More agencies are choosing Cognyte to identify threats early and protect their communities, signaling substantial opportunities for continued growth in North America.
