The weekly ranking of the world's wealthiest people by Forbes magazine has been published, featuring the top list of Israel's wealthiest individuals. Maintaining the top spot is Eyal Ofer, who, despite losing 81.4 million dollars this week, remains at the top with a fortune estimated at 35.5 billion dollars.
In second place is Israel's wealthiest woman, Miriam Adelson. It was a difficult week for Adelson, who recorded massive losses of 772.3 million dollars (about 2.3 billion shekels), representing almost 3% of her personal wealth, which now stands at 33.5 billion dollars.
Eyal Ofer's brother, Idan Ofer, remains in third place after pocketing 101.4 million dollars this week, with his personal wealth now estimated at 31.9 billion dollars.
Occupying the fourth place are brothers Igor and Dmitri Bukhman, who lost about 700 thousand dollars, while their personal wealth remained at 13.6 billion dollars. Closing the list is the Federman family, who recorded losses of 94.7 million dollars this week, with their wealth standing at 9.8 billion dollars.
