November shopping festivals have evolved into an extended consumer phenomenon, with online spending breaking records year after year. According to data from SHVA (Automated Bank Services), online spending in Israel during November 2025 surged by 13.3% to reach approximately 29.7 billion NIS, while total credit card purchases climbed to about 49.6 billion NIS.

This upward trend is also evident globally. Salesforce estimates that online sales during Cyber Week reached approximately 336.6 billion dollars. Against the backdrop of this surge in purchasing volume, Cal has launched a broad benefits campaign for its customers, combining cashbacks on overseas shopping with discounts at leading retail chains in Israel.

At the core of the campaign, Cal is offering a 50 NIS gift voucher to redeem on BUYME (or on the FlyAll platform for FlyAll cardholders) to customers who make online foreign currency purchases totaling 150 dollars or more. The promotion is valid from November 8 through November 30, 2026, and is subject to prior registration and payment using a non-bank card or Cal's foreign currency wallet, up to a limit of 5,000 vouchers for early registrants.

Simultaneously, the company's foreign currency wallet enables the purchase of seven different currencies—US dollar, euro, British pound, Thai baht, UAE dirham, Hungarian forint, and Canadian dollar—at a predetermined exchange rate without conversion fees upon purchase or billing.

For holders of specialized cards, terms have been expanded: CashCal Pro and student club members will enjoy a discounted foreign currency fee of 1% in the first year (instead of 3%) and a monthly cashback of up to 450 NIS. Secret Flights club members will receive a full exemption from foreign currency fees on selected tourism transactions up to an annual turnover of 50,000 NIS, and a 1% fee on all other foreign currency transactions.

Alongside the international arena, the campaign also targets local shopping with 200 NIS vouchers offered for 150 NIS across a variety of prominent brands in Israel, including Adidas, Golf, H&M, Femina, TERMINAL X, Adika, Dream Card, and others. Voucher redemption takes place at chain branches, except for brands such as Adika, TERMINAL X, and Raven Sport which operate online only, and ITAY BRANDS which allows double redemption. In addition, MyCal cardholders will receive a 10% cashback on purchases at McDonald's and Domino's Pizza, up to a ceiling of 3,000 NIS in purchases or until the exhaustion of 5,000 benefits.

Isracard has also joined the promotional arena with a series of consumer benefits for November, including cashbacks for online purchases, travel incentives, and airline tickets for new subscribers.
