«We are seeing a rally in chip stocks after sharp declines in recent days. The SOX index is currently rising by about 7%, and Microsoft shares are jumping by about 15% following its cloud activity, which gave a tailwind to the price increases on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange», — noted the exchange experts.

Experts further noted that geopolitical uncertainty and oil prices near 90 dollars per barrel are sustaining high inflation, pushing US 10-year bond yields to approximately 4.65%. In Israel, the market anticipates that the Bank of Israel will lower interest rates on September 1, potentially bringing Israeli rates below US levels for the first time in a long period.
