Ayalon Insurance reveals reports: Dividend distribution to shareholders

Ayalon Insurance published its financial results on Thursday for the second quarter and the first half of 2026. During the second quarter, total profit amounted to approximately 135.9 million shekels, compared to 144.3 million shekels in the corresponding quarter last year. Profit from core operations in the second quarter reached approximately 190 million shekels, a 10% increase compared to 172 million shekels in the same period last year. Total insurance premiums for the quarter stood at approximately 1.04 billion shekels, compared to 1.21 billion shekels in the corresponding quarter.
In the first half of 2026, total profit increased by approximately 8.2% to approximately 217 million shekels, compared to 201 million shekels in the same period last year. Profit from core operations for the first half amounted to approximately 312 million shekels, an 18% increase compared to 266 million shekels in the first half of last year. The company's solvency ratio as of March 31, 2026, stands at 150%, compared to 137% on December 31, 2025. On August 20, 2026, the board of directors announced an additional interim dividend distribution of 50 million shekels.
For the first half of 2026, total insurance premiums amounted to approximately 2.59 billion shekels, a decrease of 4.7% compared to 2.72 billion shekels in the same period last year.
