Chef Guy Peretz is investing tens of millions of shekels in two new "Salon Yevani" hospitality centers, including a huge complex at the Dead Sea that will offer a new summer menu and live performances.
Chef Guy Peretz continues to expand the vibrant "Salon Yevani" (Greek Salon) brand with two new Greek restaurants. The first, a 600-seat venue, will be the largest restaurant in Israel, located in the Zim Urban complex at Savyon Junction. The second, with 500 seats, will open at the Zim Urban Dead Sea mall. Both projects represent an investment of tens of millions of shekels.
The "Salon Yevani" hospitality group is unique in offering a lively Dinner & Party experience seven days a week. This expansion coincides with the launch of a new summer menu inspired by the flavors of the Greek islands.
Building on the success of locations in Herzliya, Zichron Ya'akov, Jerusalem, and Rishon LeZion, the group is cementing its status as Israel's largest Greek hospitality operator. These new venues will bring the brand's signature blend of Greek cuisine, music, alcohol, and live performances to the Ono Valley and the Dead Sea.
The Savyon Junction location is designed to serve as a culinary anchor for residents of Or Yehuda, Kiryat Ono, Savyon, and the surrounding area. The interior combines traditional Greek elements with modern touches, offering a contemporary dining experience that goes far beyond the meal itself.
"Salon Yevani" at the Dead Sea will open in a striking location on the second floor of the Zim Urban mall, featuring a new bridge and direct access from the promenade. This is a significant development for the region, which has seen little new restaurant activity in recent years. The 500-square-meter space includes a large balcony overlooking the Dead Sea, providing a unique backdrop for the restaurant's Mediterranean atmosphere and live music.
Owned by Yamit and Guy Peretz, the "Salon Yevani" group functions as a culinary lifestyle brand. Their Dinner & Party concept provides a complete international experience, featuring Chef Guy Peretz’s signature dishes, premium alcohol—including the group's own Y wine series and G arak—and live artistic performances.
The new menu, interpreted through the chef's personal lens, focuses on abundance, fresh fish, sharing plates, and Mediterranean ingredients, all served in the spirit of an open and inviting Greek table.
