While Israel Mourns Its Fallen, Some Turn Terrorists Into "Heroes"

This past weekend brought another painful reminder of the ongoing war: an IDF soldier and a member of a standby squad were murdered in a shooting attack in Samaria while attempting to save lives.

What is truly disgusting? It is that even in the face of such tragedy, there are those who prefer to distort reality to fit their narrative regarding the persecution of settlers. A 'Democrats' activist, Tom Zandman, for example, sat before his keyboard and happily turned a Palestinian terrorist, who snatched a weapon and carried out a murderous shooting, into nothing less than a hero.

You heard that right. A hero. From his perspective, the standby squad member who rushed to save lives is the terrorist, and the Arab who seized a weapon and fired in all directions is a hero defending his village. He even dared to conclude with the words 'may his memory be blessed' for the terrorist. He was joined by Moshe Radman Abutbul, who immediately took to social media to claim that the media is surrendering to the settlers' narrative.

Look at this madness. An IDF soldier and a civilian volunteer are murdered, and what bothers these agenda-driven individuals is that someone dared to report on Arab terror instead of immediately blaming the settlers. One must hope they are simply confused about who the victim is and who the aggressor is, who the fighters are and who the despicable terrorists are.

This is not merely about malice. It is a smear campaign designed to make you hate our brothers, the heroic settlers, who act as a shield for us in the heart of the country. When people among us dare to call IDF soldiers and our standby squads 'invading terrorists,' whitewashing a murderous shooting as an act of heroism, they are directly and uglily serving the propaganda of terror.

This is not just an extreme opinion; it is a knife in the back of our fighters and the bereaved families. But you know what, fascist democrats? It will not help you. Even the Arabs in Gaza try to invent history, playing the victim. But this people knows perfectly well who its heroes are, despite all the tricks. Good will yet prevail, and we are here to stay.
