Air Haifa launched its new domestic route connecting Ben Gurion Airport with Eilat's Ramon Airport, offering passengers a fresh travel option and increasing competition in the Israeli aviation market. The inaugural flight departed from Terminal 1 at 11:20 AM under flight number E2 403, followed by a second afternoon flight at 5:45 PM.

To mark the launch, the airline introduced a promotional starting fare of 79 NIS one-way, which includes a personal hand luggage item. Additional baggage, such as a trolley or checked suitcase, incurs extra fees starting at 49 NIS and 77 NIS respectively. The carrier utilizes ATR 72-600 aircraft for the roughly one-hour journey, operating out of Ben Gurion's Terminal 1.

During November, Air Haifa plans to scale up operations to approximately three daily flights in each direction. Passengers benefit from the airline's flexible cancellation policy, permitting changes or cancellations up to 24 hours prior to departure in exchange for a flight credit valid for two years.

Since commencing operations in September 2024, Air Haifa has transported approximately 600,000 passengers across some 10,000 flights, marking significant growth in the local aviation sector. The airline currently serves six destinations from Haifa, including five in Europe alongside domestic routes, and recently partnered with FlyAll to allow loyalty program members to redeem credits on all Air Haifa flights.
