Ibrahim Mbaye, the rising talent of Paris Saint-Germain and the Senegal national team, is considered one of the best teenagers in the world. However, according to French journalist Romain Molina, he is also one of the most demanding clients, who "changed three agents in less than a year and between five and seven different people conducted negotiations with clubs on his behalf." The publication focuses on the footballer's father and mother, who set a series of unusual demands to agencies that sought to represent the 18-year-old Senegalese diamond. According to the report, the parents demanded, among other things, 50% of the commissions and 50% of their son's image rights, in addition to being present at all negotiations.

It is further claimed that they asked the agency that would sign the player to fund a number of projects, including the "Mbaye Foundation," which include: building a hospital, opening a "second chance" school, funding education, culture and sports programs, and organizing charitable activities in the community. It is also claimed that they requested:

"the establishment of a football academy in Senegal and a football club in France, the development of transport activities between Morocco and Senegal, including the purchase of trucks and maritime transport, and also investments in companies and startups in France and other countries, as part of angel investor activity."

And it does not stop there. Other requests included: "a permanent family box at the Parc des Princes stadium, funding for travel and professional expenses, a Mercedes Viano vehicle, offices in Paris, and an annual operating budget to establish a player agency to be managed by family members."

Mbaye scored three goals in 29 matches in all competitions for Paris Saint-Germain last season, and at 18 he already has two consecutive Champions League titles, two league championships and a French Cup, as well as titles such as the European Super Cup and the Intercontinental Cup. In the World Cup, he scored the consolation goal in the loss to France, and in total he has four goals in 15 matches for the Senegal national team.
