On October 15, the 'Investment Generation' festival will launch at the 'Cinema City' complex in Rishon LeZion. Initiated by Guy Nathan, manager of the Valley hedge fund, the event invites senior executives of Israeli public companies to move financial discourse out of closed boardrooms and the exclusive world of institutional analysts.

This event provides private investors with a stage and direct access to those leading the nation's top companies. The festival arrives at a time when public involvement in the Israeli capital market is at an all-time high.

According to data from the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, approximately 200,000 new trading accounts were opened in Israel during 2025, an increase of 25% compared to the previous year. Israeli retail investors purchased shares on the local exchange for a net amount of about 14.7 billion shekels, while approximately 12.8 billion shekels were invested in funds tracking stock indices—nearly seven times more than in 2024.

Despite this growth, the gap between the public and the capital market remains significant: the rate of direct trading participation in Israel is estimated at only 11%, compared to 25%–30% in the USA. A stock exchange study found that nearly half of non-investing Israelis cite a lack of market knowledge as a primary barrier. The festival seeks to make public companies, data, and the people behind them more accessible to a new generation of investors.

During the event, cinema halls will transform into dynamic meeting arenas operating in parallel. CEOs and senior executives from dozens of traded companies, including Nofar Energy, Afcon, Meshek Energy, Kamada, Doral, Carasso, and Elron, will present their growth plans, real-world challenges, and forecasts directly to retail investors.

Participants will gain an in-depth look behind the scenes of business activity, allowing them to assess decision-makers firsthand and better understand where the next opportunities lie. To ensure maximum value, all lectures and discussions will be filmed and provided in full, allowing attendees to enjoy both the live networking experience and complete access to the content for later viewing.
