Witness Murder

The Haifa District Court received an indictment against Hussein Hujirat for the aggravated murder of a key witness in a murder trial, aimed at obstructing justice.

The prosecution alleges the three defendants planned the assassination of Marwan Abu Shahin, a key witness in an extortion case. A private investigator at the scene was killed alongside him.
