Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will address the UN General Assembly next week under heavy security. The Wing of Zion aircraft may bypass JFK Airport due to local logistical concerns.

Operating costs have totaled about 60 million shekels over three years, but the Prime Minister's Office insists it remains a strategic asset ensuring immediate operational capability.
