Udinese

Former Real Madrid and Bayern Munich defender David Alaba has reached a verbal agreement with Italian side Udinese and is closing in on signing with the club.

The Israeli talent received 29 minutes of playing time for Barcelona and is expected to return to the reserve team. Hansi Flick admitted that the pre-season preparation is far from ideal.

The 17-year-old Israeli came off the bench in the 1-0 loss to the tournament hosts. Earlier, the Catalans beat Nottingham Forest 1-0 on a penalty by Raphinha.

Tyrese Asante continues to generate significant interest among top Italian league teams. Following reports regarding Monza and Lecce, it has emerged that Udinese has also joined the pursuit of the Maccabi Tel Aviv defender.
