Two luxury London penthouses worth £36 million linked to Mojtaba Khamenei have been placed in receivership and put up for sale after Iranian banker Ali Ansari defaulted on his mortgages.

Australian construction giant Bathele has collapsed, leaving 45 active sites in Sydney unfinished and over $3.4 billion in debt. Liquidators from Teneo confirmed the company has run out of cash to fund ongoing projects.
