Segev Shalom

Two young men were evacuated to hospitals overnight in serious condition: a 16-year-old teenager was injured while riding in Segev Shalom and evacuated to Soroka Hospital unconscious, and a 22-year-old man was injured after colliding with a pole in Tel Aviv and evacuated to Ichilov Hospital.

Police officers who arrived to conduct a search at a house in Segev Shalom noticed a young man climbing onto the roof with an M-16-style weapon and throwing it into the neighbors' yard. During the search of the house, magazines, weapon parts, and hundreds of rounds of ammunition were seized. At the end of the investigation, a serious indictment was filed against him.

Following a joint surprise inspection in Segev Shalom, law enforcement agencies ordered the immediate closure of a wholesale warehouse due to severe fire safety violations and a lack of fire suppression equipment.

An illegal gas station was demolished in Segev Shalom after enforcement authorities seized approximately 6,500 liters of diesel fuel. During the operation against illicit businesses, three suspects were arrested, including two illegal residents from the West Bank, and three others were detained for questioning.
