Scooters

Four teenagers were arrested after allegedly smashing the entrance door of a shop in Safed, breaking into it, and stealing several scooters, it was learned today (Tuesday). The incident occurred at night in mid-August, when police received a report regarding a break-in at a local scooter shop.
