Private Sector

An extension order signed two weeks ago updates the value of a recuperation day for private sector employees from 418 to 481 shekels. The Histadrut clarifies to "Ha-Yom": an employer who has already paid the old rate will transfer the difference this month. Civil servants already received the update in June. The average addition per employee will be slightly more than 300 shekels gross.
