Pasternak-shoham

Itzik Oz, Chairman of Phoenix Agencies, plans to acquire a 7% stake in the investment house Pasternak-Shoham as part of its upcoming IPO. The offering is planned for later this month at a valuation of 280 million shekels.

The investment house controlled by Eran Pasternak and Shai Shoham will attempt to leverage a two-fold revenue growth over the past year to issue its shares. Last year, the firm benefited from high profitability in its trust-based hedge fund activities.

Eyal Shina, formerly Chief Investment Officer at Kasem, has been appointed VP of Investments at Pasternak-Shoham. This move is part of the firm's strategic effort to build infrastructure for continued growth.
