Narita Airport

At least four people have died in widespread flooding that struck Chiba Prefecture. More than 360 millimeters of rain fell within 24 hours, causing severe transport disruptions and power outages. About 7,000 passengers were stranded at Narita Airport due to blocked roads and railways.
