Researchers from the USA and the UK discovered that an almost invisible change in the shape of graphene — an extremely thin material — can dramatically affect the way electricity passes through it. In a study published in the journal "Advanced Materials", it was found that wrinkles smaller than a billionth of a meter are capable of changing the electrical properties of the material.
