Mocha Port

The Iranian-backed militia in Yemen threatens to shut down operations in the Bab el-Mandeb Strait area, a critical transit point for global maritime trade.

The Houthis launched a wide wave of attacks on the western coast of Yemen and fired 44 UAVs toward the port of Mocha, alongside ballistic missiles and explosive boats. According to the Yemeni army, an attempt was also made to hit an oil tanker near Bab al-Mandab.
