Minneapolis

A gunman in Minneapolis killed two people and wounded five others, including two police officers, before being shot dead by law enforcement following a dramatic shootout inside an apartment building.

Christian Castro is accused of making false statements regarding the circumstances of the shooting that occurred on January 14. This is the first time the court has prosecuted an immigration agency agent for his actions during an enforcement operation. In Minneapolis, there are demands to toughen the charges against Castro.
