Disappointing reports sent the shares of the concrete infrastructure manufacturer to a 13% decline in two days, and CEO Amit Lang to his home. Zvika Ackerstein, one of the company's owners, will replace him: "The company now needs focused management."

Novolog CEO Aviad Bosi and CFO Yaniv Vidavsky will leave their positions in four months. The departure follows the Pozis family's move to secure a 44% controlling stake and replace the board of directors. Oded Pozis is expected to spearhead a new strategic plan for the company.
