Good news for the North: A new rehabilitation center with advanced medical services will be established
The Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center (Ichilov) and the Majdal Shams Council have signed a cooperation agreement to expand access to advanced health services. The initiative includes the implementation of telemedicine and the establishment of a dedicated rehabilitation center in the town.

Two years after the tragedy at the soccer field that claimed the lives of 12 children, a memorial site was inaugurated, combining the rocket crater and a preserved wall. Architect Zvika Pasternak noted that visitors will be forced to bow their heads in memory of the victims.

Two years after the Majdal Shams disaster, where 12 children were killed by a Hezbollah rocket on a soccer field, a memorial installation is unveiled. The design, by architect Zvika Pasternak, preserves the impact crater and incorporates a wall saved at the request of a grieving father.
