Lyon

The UEFA Europa League returns with 17 matches on Thursday, highlighted by Lyon facing Crystal Palace, AC Milan visiting Salzburg, and Juventus playing Celta Vigo.

Twenty-five years ago, Lyon goalkeeper Gregory Coupet pulled off arguably the greatest double save in football history against Barcelona at the Camp Nou.

The French midfielder gave the middle finger to Lyon fans after the Turkish team's victory, a brawl broke out in the tunnel and a French staff member was injured. Openda: "We must avoid such things."
