Light Run

In an inspiring initiative, 49-year-old blind runner Lior Mehrabani will complete a 500-meter run guided by 5-year-old Nevo Arush at the upcoming Beersheba Light Run to raise awareness for visually impaired athletes.

Beersheba's traditional Light Run event returns on September 9, and this year it is expected to be especially large and impressive. Under the title "Saluting the Runners," the night race will be held in honor and tribute to IDF soldiers, security forces, and reservists.
