The new movie "Mutiny", which was released in theaters this weekend, was accidentally uploaded to Amazon's streaming service and was available for viewing for several hours in Europe and the Middle East. Major US studios are furious about the glitch, which could cost millions of dollars and cause significant problems for international distributors.
