Oron Amar prepares authentic and meticulous Neapolitan pizza at Fabrica according to all the rules, long before it conquered the Israeli palate. 7 years on the main street of Rehovot, and he is still moving forward, refining the dough and its toppings to perfection, offering a one-of-a-kind tasting menu in the country and turning this small place into a magnificent one-man institution.
