Haifa Film Festival

The 42nd Haifa International Film Festival will take place from September 26 to October 3, 2026. The program features documentaries on Chaim Topol and Naomi Shemer, a film about the Black Panthers, and the final work of the late director Nitzan Giladi.

"Our Loves", Avi Nesher's new film about October 7, has been selected as the opening film of the 2026 Haifa Festival. Alongside the premiere, Nesher will receive a lifetime achievement award for his cinematic excellence and contribution to Israeli culture.
