A 17-year-old MADA volunteer saved her 8-year-old cousin's life after he suffered a severe allergic reaction while playing in a pool. Guided by a MADA dispatcher, she administered an EpiPen and provided oxygen until professional medical help arrived.

A 22-year-old man from Kfar Zeitim suffered a severe anaphylactic reaction after exposure to fish. Thanks to the rapid response of United Hatzalah medics and the use of an EpiPen, his life was saved.
