Dog Attack

A pit bull lunged at a neighbor's dog, forcing the neighbor to use his personal firearm to stop the attack. The dog's owner has been charged with negligence.

A man in his 50s was arrested on Thursday on suspicion that his two dogs attacked an 8-year-old girl in the Kfar Shalem neighborhood of Tel Aviv, causing her serious injuries. Police allege the dogs were roaming without supervision or muzzles.
