Months after the exposure of a reserve fund fraud scheme, the IDF Manpower Directorate has issued a stern warning against submitting fictitious invoices and using dubious "intermediary services." The army clarifies that submitting false documents may constitute a criminal offense, and any funds obtained fraudulently must be returned.
