Dennis Schröder is changing teams again. The Cleveland Cavaliers have traded the German point guard along with cash to the Charlotte Hornets in exchange for Tre Mann, according to Shams Charania of ESPN. Schröder, who played last season for the Sacramento Kings and Cleveland, averaged 10.8 points, 4.9 assists, and 2.7 rebounds in 70 games.
