Isrotel has acquired a 50% stake in a new 171-room hotel in Athens for tens of millions of euros. The historic property will open in 2027 under the ALUMA brand and a Radisson franchise.

The infrastructure fund Aluma plans to change its compensation model and seeks to extend the agreement with the management company, which expires in November. It is also expected to distribute dividends for the first time and launch a share buyback program.

Discount Capital, the investment arm of Discount Bank, is acquiring a 16.5% stake in Alumenergy for 80 million shekels. The deal values the energy company at 406 million shekels.
