Disappointing reports sent the shares of the concrete infrastructure manufacturer to a 13% decline in two days, and CEO Amit Lang to his home. Zvika Ackerstein, one of the company's owners, will replace him: "The company now needs focused management."

Amit Lang is stepping down as CEO of the Ackerstein Group less than a year after his appointment. Zvika Ackerstein will take over as CEO following a 51% decline in the company's net profit for the first half of 2026.

The Ackerstein Group is acquiring an 85% controlling interest in EcoWall from the Tidhar Group and other shareholders. The deal is valued at 47 million shekels, with EcoWall's total valuation at 55 million shekels.
