Israeli singer Omer Adam and Aroma Music have acquired a 40.5% stake in the Zappa performance club chain, joining Delek Israel to manage and expand the entertainment network.

Delek Israel and Eventim have signed an agreement transferring full ownership of the Zappa club chain to Delek in a two-phase deal worth 29 million NIS, resolving a bitter legal dispute.

Delek Israel is negotiating to buy Eventim's 40.5% stake in the Zappa concert chain for 20 million NIS, following a legal dispute, bringing its total stake to 81%.
