Yitzhak Tshuva reshuffles Isracard leadership: new CTO appointed
Following the acquisition of the credit company by billionaire Yitzhak Tshuva, Guy Ram has been appointed as the new CTO, bringing 20 years of experience in managing complex technological systems.

Isracard continues to strengthen the group's management: Guy Ram has been appointed as CTO. This appointment is part of a series of strategic moves led by Isracard to drive the group's growth and expand its operations in the financial and banking sectors, following the acquisition of the company by billionaire Yitzhak Tshuva.
Guy Ram has approximately 20 years of experience in leading technology, information systems, and innovation divisions within complex, leading organizations. Throughout his career, he has held several senior management positions, demonstrating significant expertise in managing large units, leading digital transformation, developing information systems, and overseeing large-scale business and technological processes.
For the past four years, Ram served as Deputy CEO, a member of the management board, and head of the Technology and Innovation Division at Shva, where he was responsible for formulating and executing technological strategy and managing complex systems.
From 2019 to 2022, he served at Maccabi Healthcare Services as acting CTO and deputy head of the division, where he played a key role in significant digitization and innovation initiatives, including the transition to telemedicine solutions, the implementation of IoT solutions, and the expansion of open API usage.
Previously, from 2010 to 2019, he worked at Cal as manager of the information systems development department, leading teams and technological projects in the payment and credit systems field. Ram holds an MBA from the Technion and a BSc in computer science from the University of Haifa. Guy Ram's appointment is subject to approval by the Bank of Israel.
