The real estate group Reisdor, owned by entrepreneur Yaki Reisner, has published its financial results for the second quarter and the first half of 2026, showing significant growth in activity. The company's revenues in the second quarter jumped by approximately 53% to 213 million shekels, compared to 138.9 million shekels in the same quarter last year. For the first half of the year, the company recorded total revenues of 409.6 million shekels.

Reisdor's gross profit in the second quarter grew by 41% to 53.5 million shekels, while operating profit rose by 52% to 36.9 million shekels. Operating profit for the half-year reached 129.8 million shekels, a figure bolstered by a 56.8 million shekel increase in the value of investment real estate, primarily due to the revaluation of the Reisdor 1 tower. During the same period, the company reported sales agreements for 187 housing units totaling approximately 334.8 million shekels.

Yaki Reisner, Chairman and owner of Reisdor, stated:

"The year 2026 began with an increase in project volume and revenues, despite the challenging period of uncertainty currently facing the real estate market. These results reflect the company's resilience and our ability to generate profitability under changing market conditions."

As of the report date, Reisdor is developing approximately 7,300 housing units nationwide, alongside 18,700 square meters of commercial space and 137,500 square meters of office space. The company's equity reached 897 million shekels as of June 30, 2026, reinforcing the group's financial stability and long-term growth strategy.
