Yael Shelbia admits after breakup with Omer Adam: 'I didn't know if I wanted to'

Yael Shelbia, who experienced one of the most surprising breakups in the local entertainment industry from singer Omer Adam after a significant period of dating, has recently begun a relationship with Lance Stroll, a Formula 1 driver.

Shelbia was photographed this morning, Wednesday, for a Renoir campaign, where she gave an interview to "Israel Hayom" in which she spoke about her new relationship and admitted that after the breakup with the singer, "I didn't know if I wanted to get into it."

Shelbia said that the reason she was hesitant at first was the distance: "It's a lot of flights, long distance, and it's a whole world, his career. It was like 'yes, no, yes, no'." However, the successful model admitted that "when I jumped into the water, it was truly the most amazing thing I could have done."

Later, Yael Shelbia told how she reached her final conclusion: "We had a few days in my apartment in Tel Aviv where I just realized that this is it. We were alone and it was the most comfortable thing in the world."

Shelbia also spoke about her closeness to religion and how they navigate it as a couple: "We do Torah lessons sometimes, and I keep Shabbat, he doesn't, but we do the Kiddush and everything." Shelbia added with excitement that Stroll has started putting on tefillin every morning.
