Violence in the West Bank: Vehicles set on fire, "revenge" graffiti sprayed

Last night (between Monday and Tuesday), Jews set fire to several vehicles in the area between the Palestinian villages of Jalud and Talfit, near the settlement of Shilo in the Binyamin region. In addition to the arson of the vehicles, graffiti was sprayed at the scene, including the words "revenge," "Avi, go home," and Star of David symbols. The inscription "Avi" is directed at the Central Command Chief, Avi Bluth. This incident joins a series of similar actions that have occurred in the area recently.
About a week and a half ago, Palestinians reported a series of violent acts in several locations in the West Bank. In the village of Qusra, a mosque was set on fire, and the words "Revenge for Binyahu" were sprayed on its walls, named after Binyahu Malet. In the village of Kur, another mosque was set on fire, and the words "Jewish blood is not cheap" were written on it, and in the Ein Samia quarry, engineering work equipment was set ablaze. In Beit Furik, an attempt to set fire to a residential house where a family was staying failed after gasoline was poured on the door and window. The inscriptions "Jews wake up" and "Death to the enemy" were sprayed on the walls of the house.
The violent acts occurred following the incident in the village of Tal, in which Sergeant Major (res.) Binyahu Malet and Captain Yuval Ezra were killed. The incident took place near the Havat Gilad farm in Samaria during a hiking trip by a group of Israelis. A Palestinian stole the weapon of one of the security personnel who were in the area, opened fire, and was eliminated.
