Change of ownership in the Israeli media industry: the "Binyan Ve-Diur" (BVD) group, one of the oldest content brands in the fields of architecture, design, and home, has been acquired by Helena Mor. The group was founded in 1991 by Hedva Almoz, who stood at its head and led the brand for decades.

Mor took on the role of CEO and Editor-in-Chief of the group in November 2025, and now she is also becoming its controlling owner. Under the new ownership, a significant expansion of "Binyan Ve-Diur" activity is planned beyond the magazine and website, with investment in digital, video, and social media, alongside the development of new formats, the holding of events, and the initiation of collaborations with leading companies and entities in the real estate, construction, and design sectors.

Mor has a rich background in the worlds of media, advertising, marketing, and design. She holds a degree in communications and an EMBA from Bar-Ilan University, previously worked in advertising agencies, and later operated for more than 18 years in the field of interior design and paint.

According to Helena Mor:

"Binyan Ve-Diur is a media asset that was built over decades and has accumulated a name, a community, and professional authority. The goal now is to take these assets to the next level, expand the activity and target audiences, and build a more current and broader content platform around BVD."
