Edi Zarifi, one of the Channel 12 news anchors, drew significant attention during the wedding of journalist Adva Dadon and actor Yadin Gelman. She was filmed dancing on the floor with high energy, a stark contrast to the formal persona she maintains on television.

In videos shared on social media, Zarifi is seen in a black dress, dancing and enjoying the festivities alongside her colleagues from the Channel 12 news desk. The footage provided a rare glimpse into the lighthearted and uninhibited side of the anchor, who is typically identified with a polished look and the official atmosphere of the studio.

Zarifi was among several Channel 12 personnel who attended the event to celebrate with the couple. Alongside her, Almaz Mengistu stood out with an energetic dance, while Yolan Cohen looked stunning in a pink maxi dress.

Dadon and Gelman held their wedding ceremony at the Pera Hotel in the Golan Heights. The couple chose to host the event in the north as part of their commitment to supporting local businesses and suppliers in the region, including reservists. The couple was accompanied to the chuppah by their children, and singer Shuli Rand performed the songs that set the tone for the ceremony.

During the chuppah, Dadon delivered a personal speech, reflecting on the difficult moments they have experienced since October 7, when Gelman was seriously wounded during the fighting. She expressed her gratitude to those who helped save him and called on the guests to appreciate life, enjoy simple moments, and focus on what truly matters.
