A big deal for Eitan Yohananoff: Leasing a property for 25 years
The owner of the Yohananoff chain has signed a deal with Colmobil to build a 5,500 sqm store in the Nesher area. The total investment in the complex will amount to 100 million shekels.

Eitan Yohananoff has been deepening his company's hold on the real estate market over the last two years. After deciding to expand into the residential market, he has purchased commercial centers on a large scale and has now signed a major real estate deal with Colmobil Real Estate to build a giant Yohananoff store with an area of about 5,500 square meters in the Nesher area. It has come to the attention of Ice that the investment volume in the entire complex will amount to 100 million shekels, with the lease agreement between the parties spanning 25 years.
Colmobil is a vehicle importer, and the new complex will include its showrooms and trade-in facilities measuring 8,000 square meters. It is important to note that this is phase B of the complex, which will be ready in a few years, further demonstrating Yohananoff's commitment to acquiring assets and deepening his market presence.
During the project, about 65,000 square meters of commercial space will be built in the Nesher business, commerce, and high-tech complex, which spans 34 dunams. Phase A is nearing completion. Mercedes, Hyundai, Genesis, Mitsubishi, Omoda Jaecoo, ORA, and Smart are some of the brands that will establish showrooms in the complex.
Eitan Yohananoff, CEO and co-owner of the Yohananoff chain, stated in response:
"We are happy to cooperate with Colmobil Real Estate in the new complex in Nesher and to increase the national footprint of the chain. The size of the branch will allow us to offer the consumer everything they need, while providing an advanced, high-quality, and affordable shopping experience, and to give them, as usual, the best value for money."
Sharon Gambasho, CEO of Colmobil Real Estate, notes:
"We are happy to open phase B of the business and shopping complex with a strategic and significant anchor. The choice of the Yohananoff chain to locate its flagship store in the north at the Nesher complex constitutes an expression of confidence in the complex and in Colmobil Real Estate. The financial strength and stability of the Yohananoff chain and the high visitor traffic it generates will support the transformation of the Colmobil Real Estate Nesher complex into a significant regional shopping hub, enjoying high exposure, excellent accessibility, and immediate proximity to massive residential construction momentum."
Gambasho further notes that the agreement with Yohananoff joins a number of deals signed recently and projects currently under construction, including the purchase of an office building in Har Hotzvim in Jerusalem, the construction of a showroom and office complex in Be'er Sheva, and the construction of a car battery recycling plant, the first of its kind in the country, for the company Milli in Neot Hovav.
