Another impressive signing: William Agada joins Hapoel Haifa
Hapoel Haifa announced on Monday the signing of 26-year-old Nigerian striker William Agada. The player, who previously played for the club during the 2020/21 season, returns to the 'Reds from the Carmel' following stints in the MLS and with Spanish side Zaragoza.
Hapoel Haifa announced this evening (Monday) the signing of William Agada, who agreed to terms for one season through his agent Shahar Greenberg. This will be the second stint for the 26-year-old Nigerian striker with the 'Reds from the Carmel', after he scored six goals on loan from Hapoel Jerusalem in the 2020/21 season.
During his career, Agada has scored over 60 goals for senior teams, played for Hapoel Katamon and Hapoel Jerusalem, and later moved to the MLS, where he scored 23 league goals for Sporting Kansas City and Real Salt Lake. In the last six months, he played for Zaragoza in the Spanish second division.

Agada is the ninth player to join Hapoel Haifa in the summer window, representing another statement of intent following the signing of Shay Elias. They were preceded by Cheick Keita, Ariel Mendy, Itay Zafrani, Sali Fakhima, Tal Naim, Wahib Habiballah, and Noam Cohen.
